Potato flakes

Potato flakes are made from fresh, first-chop, selective ware potatoes. Besides the usual mashed potatoes, you can cook zrazy and potato patties out from the potato flakes, you can also use potato flakes as filling for pies and dumplings. If you add the potato flakes into a dough, baking becomes light and airy.

Ingredients: fresh ware potatoes, emulsifier – mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), stabilizer – sodium pyrophosphate (E450), ascorbyl palmitate (E304), a preservative sodium metabisulphite (E223), citric acid (E330), turmeric (E100). No GMO.

Nutritional value per 100g: 0,4 g fat, 8,3 g protein, 76,2 g carbohydrates. Energy value: 342 kcal.

Application mode: 1 part by weight of potato flakes add in hot water 5-6 parts by weight (t 75°C). Stir quickly and cover with lid. Optionally add salt, butter, and other ingredients to taste. The product is ready for consumption after 3-4 minutes.

Storage conditions: at temperature up to 20°C and relative humidity no more 75%.
